Where is my order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming the order number. When your package begins to move in transit, you will receive an email confirming the tracking information. Always make sure that your email and all other information is entered correctly.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During high volume times such as sales or new releases or holidays, please allow up to 5 days.

Please pay attention to the description for pre-order items. Pre-order items will vary. Most will ship out within 1-2 business days but will take 2-3+ weeks to arrive.

 Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

All orders will come with a tracking number. An email accompanied with a tracking number is sent out to inform you that your package has been shipped and is in transit.

 Can I cancel an order?

To serve you better, 7magic processes orders immediately after it has been submitted. We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, please reach out to us for any assistance and we will gladly see what we can do for you.

 Why hasn't my tracking number updated?

1. Once the package is actually in transit, your tracking number will update. Although your package may be shipped, it may not be updated as it is not Updates may take up to 24 hours to fully update. 

2. The tracking number may not have updated yet because there has been no changes to the current status.

 My package looks like it's lost in the mail, what can I do?

Please contact us if an order does not "show up" within 21 days of shipment with no tracking updates (up to 6 weeks for international orders). Please also contact your local post office.

Orders shown as "delivered" cannot be replaced or reimbursed. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase and we are not liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced items after proof of delivery is confirmed.

Are there international customs fees, duties and taxes?

All customers are responsible to pay any outstanding customs fees, duties and taxes. 7magic is not responsible any customs/international taxes.

My item arrived damaged!

At 7magic we ensure the quality of all items before shipping them out. Therefore, we do not ship any damaged items. Quality checks are implemented into our packaging process. If any concerns persist, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of the package's arrival.

I am not receiving any updates or emails.

Please double check that you have entered the correct email and all other require information. If you have not received any information, please contact us with your order number, name and new email so we can forward any necessary information.
