You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
7MAGIC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please ensure you select the correct plug type (US/EU/UK) for your region. If you have questions about voltage compatibility, please contact our support team before placing your order.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@7magicclub.com with photos of the damaged packaging or product. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit (no update for over 15 days), we will provide a full refund or a free replacement shipment.
