1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

7MAGIC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Technical Specifications & Voltage

Please ensure you select the correct plug type (US/EU/UK) for your region. If you have questions about voltage compatibility, please contact our support team before placing your order.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@7magicclub.com with photos of the damaged packaging or product. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit (no update for over 15 days), we will provide a full refund or a free replacement shipment.
