Refund policy

At 7MAGIC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and unworn).
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@7magicclub.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return shipping address.
  3. Securely pack the item and include the RMA document.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the box before contacting us, as it may not be our centralized return processing warehouse.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. Send us an email at support@7magicclub.com with photos of the defects.

6. Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item sent), 7MAGIC will cover all shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons) if the seal is broken.
