Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to see the status of your delivery. If you haven't received an email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Please note that processing time (1-2 days) is separate from shipping time.
My tracking status hasn't updated.
It is normal for tracking updates to delay by 24-48 hours, especially during high volume periods. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 days, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate.
Can I change my shipping address?

I received a defective item.

Product Support

My magnetic attachment feels loose.
Please ensure the attachment is aligned correctly with the magnetic ring. If it still falls off easily, there may be a defect. Please contact us with a video, and we can assist with a replacement if necessary.
The hair dryer won't turn on.
Please check if the plug is securely inserted and the safety test button (ALCI plug) is not tripped. Press the 'Reset' button on the plug. If it still doesn't work, contact support.
There is a burning smell on first use.
A slight smell during the first few uses is normal as the motor's protective coating heats up. It should dissipate quickly. If it persists or smells like burning plastic, stop using and contact us.
Is the device dual voltage?
Most of our high-speed dryers are designed for specific voltages (e.g., 110V for US or 220V for EU). Please check the product specifications or label. Do not use a voltage converter as it may damage the motor.
How do I clean the filter?
The filter is located at the handle base. Depending on your model, it typically twists off or is magnetic. Clean the mesh regularly with a soft brush or cloth to maintain airflow and prevent overheating.
What is the warranty period?
Our hair tools typically come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
